I am able to offer a warm, empathic, friendly and non-judgemental ear to really listen and support you. Sessions are held in a quiet countryside location to help you feel relaxed, calm and comfortable. My core training was in Person Centred Therapy, which will encourage you to learn to trust your own decisions and to help you on your own unique path of self discovery. I understand you may be feeling apprehensive about contacting a counsellor - I am very sensitive to your emotions, but please do get in contact. You can do this by phone, message, or email. From there, we can arrange a mutually convenient time to connect - usually a short telephone consultation. No obligation, just a little chat to get a sense of issues you'd like to explore and to see if we can work together.
